Family Day 2021 Information
Saturday 18th September
We are very excited that preparations have started for the 2021 Family Day which is our 10th Anniversary!
After last years cancellation we are delighted to be back at Hatton Country World.
The address is;
Dark Lane, Hatton, Warwick CV35 8XA
As in previous years we are asking for £5 for each adult which goes towards the cost of the admission and catering, children's tickets are free. Every ticket includes lunch, teas, coffees & refreshments and entry to the park all day.
COVID-19
Along with Hatton we will continue to watch the government guidelines and act accordingly. We would ask people to take a lateral flow test if possible before coming to the event and not to travel or attend if they, or anyone that have been in contact with, has symptoms. Please be sensitive to the fact that we will have people in our community for whom the vaccine is not suitable and people who are at risk from the virus so please think carefully. We will provide hand sanitiser etc and if regulations change which make the event unworkable we will postpone and eith roll tickets over to the new date or offer a refund on the tickets.
We have negotiated a preferential rate with a local hotel. This is the Holiday Inn Express Warwick, Stratford Road, Warwick, CV34 6TW.
The Hotel can offer 15 rooms per night – a mixture of doubles/family rooms & twins
Friday 17th September @£55.00 per room
Saturday 18th September @£55.00 per room;
The above room rates are fully inclusive of VAT and continental breakfast
Hotel offers Free WI FI throughout the Hotel & bedrooms
All bedrooms are non – smoking, car parking is charged
Hotel check in time is anytime after 3pm on the date of arrival and departure is by midday on the date of departure

You will be able to cancel free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival date – after this full charges would be applied. The hotel is holding the rooms until 31st May – after this date anyone wishing to make a reservation will be offered the best available rate subject to availability. Once again we have made a fund available to help towards travel costs. This is so that some people who have a long way to travel and who wouldn't have been able to come otherwise will be able to take part in the Family Day. This is available to anyone who needs it including people who received funds in previous years. Although we have this fund available this year, we may not be able to offer this every year as it is dependant on fundraising. If you think that this might be something that would make it possible for you to come please complete the last question on the form below.
